I spend many hours reading books offline and articles online. I read so much because I really don’t enjoy writing. Actually, I just don’t enjoy typing. I’m a one finger bandit. I have the Dragon Naturally Speaking Software, but I have not mastered it yet, or even tried to.
As I read blog post after blog post, I find interesting post. Some are informative, some are funny, and some are terrible. I’ll only share the first two types with you.

- Post about shortcuts, laziness, and why our society is so overweight. If you read the comments, you’ll be witness to a weight loss blogger fight. I’m not sure who won, but I’ll be staying tuned.
- A post about goals. Should your goal be to attain thinness or optimal health?
3 Goofy Fitness Gadgets Every Woman Needs?
- A post about some interesting exercise products on the market. They appeared foolish at first, but they seemed to work for some of the people who commented.
