		<description>I always make what I call a &quot;vegetable salad&quot;, but I usually put in some bits of fried bacon or chicken because I find it boring to eat only vegetables..I also put in huge amounts of cheese and a handful of croutons.  I never knew that I am eating a &quot;bad salad&quot;..I always thought that I am doing a good thing for my body whenever I eat this..Now I know (frowns and sighs).  I am going to still eat my vegetable salad, but from now on I am going to limit my cheese and croutons, and opt for grilled meat instead of fried..and of course, get enough exercise.  It really is &quot;unhealthy food in disguise&quot;!</description>
