Home Gym
You are sitting at your computer contemplating. You are trying to decide if you should create a home gym or if you should get a membership to someone else’s gym. Let me make the decision for you. Start a home gym.
Home Gyms
Home gyms are better than a gym membership because with home gyms you:
- Save money
- Save time
- Avoid bad weather
- Can work out 24/7
- Never have to wait
Home Gym Benefits
Save money: Your home gym will have a high initial cost as you have to purchase the equipment. However, after those initial costs, your monthly costs are zero. Compare that to the high monthly costs of a gym membership. In the long run, it will be cheaper to invest in your own gym.
Save time: It takes time to get into your gym clothes, drive to the gym, and then drive back home. Before I created a home gym, I wasted over an hour on gym associated activities. With a home gym, there is no travel time and you can literally work out in your underwear.
Avoid bad weather: Are you going to drive to the gym if it is snowing? Are you going to run to the gym if it is raining? What will you do if there is a Tsunami? You are going to stay at home and watch TV. You can eliminate all of this with a home gym.
Can work out 24/7: Want to work out at 4am? Want to work out at Midnight? Want to work out on Christmas? Do it in your own gym.
Never have to wait: When you are the only person in the gym, you never have to wait.

You have decided to create a home gym, but where do you start? You should start your gym with one of these three pieces of equipment:
The Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells: I started my home gym with these dumbbells and I don’t regret it. The Bowflex Dumbbells are the best adjustable dumbbells on the market. They allow you to get a great full body workout. They also look great.
