I love McDonald’s Big Mac. I have eaten Big Macs in four countries and Puerto Rico, which I have been told recently is not a “country”. I enjoyed Big Macs when I weighed over 330 pounds and I enjoy them even more now that I’m under 200 pounds. Just because I’m a weight loss expert doesn’t mean I only enjoy chicken breasts and broccoli.

I went to McDonald’s for my Big Mac. I ordered it. No, I did not get the meal. No, I did not get anything else. Just a Big Mac. I wanted to eat it while it was warm, so I ate it in the “restaurant”. I cut it in half. I ate one of the halves slowly, enjoying each “artery clogging” bite. I licked my lips and fingers a few times, then I threw the other half in the garbage. Then I went home with a big smile on my face.

The Damage

How much damage did I do? According to McDonald’s website, half of a Big Mac is:

  • Calories: 270
  • Fat: 14.5 grams
  • Bad Fats: 6 grams
  • Carbs: 22.5 grams
  • Sugars: 4.5 grams
  • Protein: 12.5 grams

Well, that was my weekly cheat and I enjoyed every minute of it. I can’t wait for my next Big Mac Attack. Hopefully, it’s in another country. Maybe Japan.
