I usually eat two eggs each morning. I gave them a break about a month ago - replacing them with a morning smoothie - and I must say, I feel much more 'clean', and overall healthy.

I think I'm going to start eating them again along with my smoothie, except instead of two eggs, I'll just have one without the yolk, and instead of frying (in olive oil), I'll just hard boil them- this should give me a solid combination of breakfast nutrients. What do you think?

I eat at least a couple dozen eggs each week. They are nutritious, delicious, and can be prepared in so many different ways. I think that if eggs are going to be a regular part of your diet however, it's important to buy free-run organic that have Omega 3's in them.
