My life has taken some interesting turns in the last few months.  Not all of the changes have been expected, but all of them have been welcomed.  In the end, I can say that I am better off for all that has happened.

As my life was transitioning, I reluctantly neglected my online friends, community, and readers.  I am sorry for neglecting you.  However, I am excited to let you know that I’m back.  Hopefully, I am better than ever.

If you have come here looking for Dr. Kal’s Weight Loss Blog, then I am sorry to inform you that it no longer exists.  However, I am happy to tell you that my blog has evolved into this site: Dr. Kal’s Weight Loss Tips.  With my Tips Site, I will focus on providing you with the tips, help, and advice you need to:

  • Get started on your weight loss journey,
  • Get back on your weight loss journey, or
  • Get to the next level of weight loss you are seeking.

The Don’t Go Broke Weight Loss Plan

If you have come here looking for the Don’t Go Broke Weight Loss Plan, I am sorry to inform you that it is no longer for sale.  However, I am happy to tell you that I am now giving it to you for free.

I wrote the Don’t Go Broke Weight Loss Plan over two years ago.  Since then, I have learned even more about what it takes to achieve permanent weight loss.  With my new knowledge, I plan to re-write the most important book in my weight loss plan: The Don’t Go Broke Weight Loss Primer.

As I re-write the Primer, I will release it here on the Tips Site.  When I am done, I will release the entire program to my newsletter readers.

Excitement

I am so excited about what the future holds for my off-line life as well as my on-line life.  Hopefully, you will join me as I guide you along the long but rewarding journey of permanent weight loss.
