		<description>Diets these days have a stigma attatched to them.  When you hear the word you think of strenuous diets, hours of cardio and a lot of stress.  A VERY high percentage of people that go on diets put the weight they lost (if any) back on afterwards. Anyways, having tried a few, I can say that they are good at controlling calories without letting you know the true strategy behind why you are losing weight.  I definitely like the realness and keep up it bro!!!</description>
